There are so many holiday traditional dishes at this time of year. Green been casserole, Turkey, Sweet Potatoes, Pumpkin Pie. Does anyone veer off the usual course and offer up something unique? Ours is an appetizer, you know those roll ups with the cream cheese and dried beef? I think it's the only time I EVER pick up one of those skinny jars of dried beef at the market. Okay that an the jellied cranberry sauce that retains its can shape after you put it in the bowl.
