If you’re interested in hearing about the changes or learning how to use new features on the Connect website, click on the Help & Training section. There, you’ll find all sorts of videos, tutorials, and help pages that will teach you all about Connect. They’re organized by topic, for example Searching, Adding & Updating, or Transitioning to Connect. You’ll see a little play button next to the videos and a picture of a document next to the help pages.
Still have questions? Try the Questions & Feedbackboard. You can type keywords into the search bar to look through what other members have written, or you can click “New Message” and post a question of your own. Lots of very experienced community members help answer those questions, and the Data.com Connect support team is in there too, so you’ll be sure to find an answer to your question.
In January 2014, when we retire Jigsaw.com and fully transition to the Connect website, we’ll also retire the Jigsaw Support section in The Corner. We’ll then have just the one support area, which will be renamed simply "Support." We’ll find the most popular posts from Jigsaw Support and make sure that information is available in the new Support board.
If you’re someone who has earned lots of kudos in the Jigsaw Support board, you may notice that your number of kudos goes down when we retire that board, since when we archive the board, the kudos will be archived as well. But, don’t fret – the kudos are still there, even if they don’t display, so the community tier that you earned from those kudos will still be intact.
