I am missing a ton (thousandSSS) of points... I don't use this very often - but when I do - I need it... specifically there were 2000 points spent on "salesforce.com" employees contacts? on 11/18/2016

I never downloaded these, requested these, or needed these...
I have only used this in the past to do business in the food industry originally, sales prospecting, PE, M&A contacts networking, etc...
their may have been a few personal downloads for legal matters I had when purchasing a property from auction.com/nationstar... a dispute with starbucks... etc...
but the rest all have been business all the time.
all that said, I don't need, don't want, and don't have a bunch of sales force employee contact cards for your own company???
please put back those 2000 pts as soon as possible and any other points I am missing...
I had a "few" thousand (more than 2 thousand)
and have been a member since you guys were jigsaw.com - before inception... and have used on and off for years.
I have reached out via the "contact us" twice about this with no response..
given you are shutting down in 5 months that barely gives me the time to spend the points I had (I didnt even know you were shutting down till about 2 months ago)

@BlessedSales Earned Points do not expire. All Purchased Points expire one year from the date of purchase.
Please note that points can no longer be purchased.
