How can I get the security check to actually go through? Today after using the website for 1 hour a pop up box shows up and says "Security Check" and to fill in the two words. No words ever appear and it looks like it never completely loads. I have tried logging out and back in, restarting my computer

I'm am not certain about the security checks. Since you have just opened your account today, and have not yet made any transactions, perhaps that is why. I would suggest that you contact support directly by opening up a support case.

I noticed that you haven't had any interactions with our support team just yet. This may be a general troubleshooting issue - in this case, could you please try using a different browser, clearing your cache/browser history/cookies, disabling add-ons/extensions, logging out of Connect/logging back in, and restarting your computer?

Same problem here, Security Check has locked me out, I'm a 10 year user and Rainmaker.
"Security Check, enter both words seperated by a space"
No words appear, and the same issue exists despite changing the browser and using a different laptop.
