Hi @GoldGoods91. Welcome!
As a new contributor, you are subject to a probationary period where your contributions are subject to additional review before points are awarded. Once everything goes through the system (and your first 20 contributions are verified) you pass on to the next membership tier and you are able to earn points much faster on your contributions

@RoyGBiV76, my understanding is that 'Rookies' are the ones who have the probationary period for awarding points -- not 'New Contributors'. @GoldGoods91, if 400 contacts were uploaded and 385 accepted, those points should have been awarded at that time automatically. Did you check your point history to confirm? https://connect.data.com/mysettings/pointhistory If after checking your point history, points were not awarded, you should reach out to support https://www.data.com/connect/support/ This is a user to user only help forum. Support does not monitor Ask the Experts. You would need to reach out to support directly once you confirm in your point history that you were not awarded points.

@AlanSmithee I think you are mixing up the forum and the platform. Contributor level refers to how often you post on the forum - rookie/prospector/maven/rainmaker (did I get them all?) refers to your # of rated contributions

@RoyGBiV76, I made a transposition error. You were referring to points being subjct to review before points being awarded. As this user was a Prospector not a rookie, the points are not subject to holding queue. that is what I meant.

@AlanSmithee It is a bit strange. You are right - this user is showing as a prospector, not a rookie, but they have almost a thousand contributions and are still listed as 0% rating, which I am assuming means they do not have any rated contributions yet?
