I am happy to use your services and want to inform you that today I have updated the 74 person list and before the uploading, I already checked all the email address manually and that all the email address were not found on your CRM. I just got the 15 points it means only 3 contacts were added even all the list was new and fresh.
Please update me as soon as possible regarding the same.

This forum, "Ask the Experts", is not normally monitored by Data.com staff. It is normally monitored only by users like you and me.
There are numerous reasons why contacts are not added. Even if you check the email addresses, some contacts may have multiple email addresses assigned to their contact card. However, we are only able to see one. Another reason may be that the contact you are adding is located in a country that is not supported in this database.
