A number of contacts do not have the correct person or email. The email has bounced or failed. How do I handle that to either get the corrected email or points credit?

So my personal experiance with this is that I look on linkedin to see if this target is still employeed at the company. if they have moved I look for new contact information then I would move the contact. IF you think it is just a mix up with email I would use a tool to verify email . This happens to be one i use but you can google others http://verify-email.org/.
Use others email in the company to find out what domain they use most companys use the same format for all emails in the comany for example firstname.lastname@example.org hope this helps

@BriefDesk24, in addition to everything suggested by @leadqueen1, you should deactivate the contact if you cant find the correct info which will earn you +5 points. Bear in mind that any changes to a contact within 30 days will result in a -10 pt. penalty, but that goes for any update or activation/deactivation.
