Hello! I just wanted someone to confirm the informtion of the prepaid plans:
350 contacts for $250 a year and $1 each after that
750 contacts for $500 a year and $1 each after that
3600 contacts for $1,500 a year and $0.50 each after that
Now, is that 350 contacts a MONTH or for the YEAR?
ALSO, when downloading contacts on a 'non-prepaid plan' does each contact cost 5 points each?

I can answer the second part of your question - Yes. On the free plan, purchasing a contact costs 5 points. Points are earned by contributions to the database, which means adding new information, updating existing information or marking incorrect data as such. If you purchase a contact record and find the information to be inaccurate, you can mark it as such and recover the points spent. Additionally, you can earn royalty points if other members are benefiting from your contributions.

If you purchase 350 contacts, you have one year to buy 350 contacts. If you do that in one month, you've bought out your plan. Also keep in mind if you haven't purchased your allotted contacts in the plan within one year, you lose those unpurchased contacts.
