The new format is just about as good as the old one, but I've always been peeved by the number of really old contacts still showing up as active (and by the way, inactive is a better term to use than "graveyarded"). Trying to go by the dates listed for the last update doesn't help if you're asking for someone who hasn't been there in 5 years.

Welcome to The Corner, JointFile! It's always so great to see Rainmakers starting to use our community. I hope you'll stay and check out the other forums!
I agree with you that inactive works much better than graveyarded. That was a very welcome change. There are indeed many active contacts that are actually no longer accurate, and data quality is something that we're always working hard to improve. We've recently created a whole team specifically around data quality, and I think you'd be interested to know about one of their current projects, described here: http://community.jigsaw.com/t5/Blogs/Better-data-quality-courtesy-of-Pinger/ba-p/127504 . The long and short of it is that we've identified nearly a million records that shold be deactivated, and we'll be doing so over the next couple of weeks.
Thanks again for posting, and I hope to see you around!
