Here's what I have learned in getting better sleep
1. Write things down before going to bed so that you don't have a million thoughts going through your head at bedtime
2. Sleep the same time all the time even weekends.
3. Avoid stress i know easier said then done.
4. Eat healthy
5. Get rid of negative people in your life
See if you try any of these together to see if it works.

my sleep is a horror show. i fall asleep around 830pm. wake up around midnightish - cant get back to sleep so i go to the gym. fall asleep again around 3pm ish. up at 530 am to get ready for work. rinse. repeat.
