Ever encounter that one sales prospect or candidate who does something that just bugs you?
Online calendars are mine. It drives me crazy for someone to send me a link to their calendar with instructions to select an appointment.
Many would roll with it, think it's cool and a great time saver, but I don't strioke egos. In the time you shared the link to prove how busy you are (queue tiny violin music), you could have saved both our valuable time by simply saying when you are open. Instead, you add an extra step to my work, which I don't appreciate.

when people say they have to schedule time to read something i've sent them.
also - occasionally people will ask me "why should I choose you?" i feel like that is such a cop-out. that's like asking the car salesman "is this the best you can do?" clearly you are interested or we wouldn't be in the room together, so if you have specific questions i am happy to answer them, but don't phone it in because you A) weren't paying attention or B) aren't serious about working with me.

I think some people just like using standard cliche objections. They just want to go through the motions.
Others I think like being antagonistic with some of their comments.
