And how good is it?
I love sleep. I love coffee. Which is like a contradiction but they work perfectly together like Reece's pieces.
But anyway, I am now getting 6 hours of sleep a night. But it's the best REM sleep possible.
I usually keep the same sleep schedule even on weekends.
I avoid stress during the day and I have a clear conscious so no nightmares where the Aflac duck pops up.
So when I awake without the alarm clock I'm not wanting to go back to sleep. BUT then the twin to my energy Mr. Coffee comes in.
Studies again prove the power and health benefits of sleep and coffee.
What about you?

Have you tried getting rid of some of your friends? That sounds harsh but I have to those that just waste my time whining about anything and everything and not doing anything about it.
Currently there is a waiting list to be my friend which is how I like it.

I probably get about 7 but I really NEED 8-9 it's just how I function. But its' nearly impossible to get that much but if I can sleep in on the weekend I always feel less tired.
