Wonder no more folks!
Check out this video from yesterday's ice weather in MA yesterday!!!
I find these videos very disturbing. If you've ever been driving in bad weather and lost complete control of your vehicle, you know what I mean!!!
You gotta know that guy in the silver car wished he would have worked from home yesterday morning!!!
Wonder if the kids on the bus were scared or if they thought it was a cool free amusement park ride on their way to school??

Glad you made it to work okay. Good point you made. Some of the kids were shaken up pretty bad but no one was injured in this incident. Do you know if seatbelts in school buses are required in MA?
Here in Ontario I don't believe they are. There was a motion in the provincial government a few years back but I think it died on the vine. There should be mandatory seatbelt laws for the kids safety.

In New England the first 2 seats in the front of the bus are the only ones that have seat belts...... I do think this is a huge issue in my mind anyway. however the schools and the states feel busses are more safe with out seatbelts.
The roads here the last few days have been very icy and for some reason less Department of Transportation vehicles treating the road ways.
'Budget concerns im sure'

I live in NE Tennessee now, when they call for snow, everything closes and shuts down. Business close - schools send kids home. And that's just if it's predicted. Pretty funny. Be we got a lot of hills out here and narrow roads w/no shoulders, so it make sense.
