I dont think I've ever experienced this before: when I export all of my contacts from data.com, it downloads into a csv file but everything runs together. There's no columsn or rows. Normally when I download my banking info into csv, it automatcially makes columns and rows for me. Anyone know how to get this info corrected? It won't allow me to save to xls.

@RoundMogul21 CSV files are comma separated (not tab delimited), so there is just one line. If you drag the .csv file exported from connect onto the Microsoft excel icon on your desktop, it should automatically open in columns. Likewise, if you are importing into Filemaker, select .csv as the type of import file. Please let us know if this resolves the issue.
