I am trying to update the location on a specific contact and the current one lists a PO Box. When I enter the new PO Box, the system isn't accepting the PO Box OR the actual phyiscal address. This locaiton also needs to be added to the company profile of locations. This is not a brand new location or address, why is the system rejecting my chagnes?

@TrueScale79, all addresses in the US & Canada must conform to the US Postal Services and the Canada Post databases. When an address isnt accepted, more often that not, the issue is resolved when formatting is changed to the format listed in these databases.
