Hi - I submitted a bulk list of contacts several days back and it appears that the list may not have been accepted Im not sure, I still have not received any points.
How can I find our if I will be receiving any points for this list?

@MassLobby54 Good Morning. Thank you for your submission , I hope I can answer your question and help you understand a bit more about Data.com Connect.
Bulk uploads can take about 2 weeks for your submission to clear and be vetted by data.com Points will be awarded for correct contact info that is not in the system as long as the prospect did not opt out. and those points will be shown a couple days after it clears.
Also if you look for your question in the search bar above you will see many others had similar questions that have been answered in the past. This might be a good tool for you to use to get an answer immediatly rather then waiting for us to reply however we always love new questions in the ask the experts area of the corner. I have copied and pasted a part from another members answer to a similar question below.

"By going to the Connect Home Page and by hovering your cursor over your user name in the top right hand corner, a drop down menu will appear that lists 'Bulk Submissions' , third from the bottom, as an option. Click on this option and you'l be taken to your 'My Submission History' page where you can view the status of your recent submissions. It should read 'Pending' until your points are rewarded. Only your 10 most recent submissions can be tracked here."

@MassLobby54, if you look at your SUBMISSION HISTORY, top right under your screen name, you will see it there in the drop down menu. It lists all bulk submissions and their status Processing, Completed or Rejected. An email is always sent informing you whether it was completed or rejected. If you did not receive it, it was probably caught in your spam filter. Check to see if it is still processing. If it has not been processed within a couple of days, contact support and let them know.as It should process within a couple business days, not a couple weeks. You can also view your submission history at the link below.
Also, here is a list of reasons why contacts submitted in a bullk upload may not be accepted:

@wildjccat, i suggest you reach out to support asking the same question. Ask the Experts is a User to User forum. The Support Team does not check these boards... When I have had bulk upload issues in the past, I find that they get expedited after I contct Support.

@wildjccat, you are asking questions that only Connect employees can answer. This is a user to user help forum only. Based on my past experience, I assume that there is a backlog from the Thanksgiving holiday...

my apologies. I put it on here to see if other users were having the same problem with bulk submissions taking for ever. In the past when you had a bulk submission, the system began processing them pretty fast. As a rainmaker and old user, there were benefits of processing bulk submissions, that now appear not to be an automated process and is taking days if not not longer. So are other users having the same problem?
