I am unable to correct the address for a Canadian library's head office, Bibliothèque et Archives nationales du Québec, http://www.banq.qc.ca/
When I try to change the address, I get the error message:
We're unable to add or update your company--please try again later. If you continue to get this message, please contact Data.com Connect Support.
The address can be verified on the library's website at
Bibliothèque et Archives nationales du Québec
2275, rue Holt
Montréal (Québec) H2G 3H1
The library also has several other locations, but 2275 rue Holt is the headquarters.

It is possible someone from the library requested that they not be listed in the database. I would recommend submitting a support ticket for further information

@WarmPath94 all addresses in the US & Canada must conform to the US Postal Services and the Canada Post databases. When an address isnt accepted, more often that not, the issue is resolved when formatting is changed to the format listed in these databases. However, that is not the case here. I looked up the address you provided and tried to update the address in the company listing. I think I got the same error message you did -- "We're unable to add or update your company--please try again later. If you continue to get this message, please contact Data.com Connect Support." Its definitely not because the company opted out of the database because then the entire company would not be listed/viewable. As the error message indicates, your only option is to contact support as they do not check these boards which are user driven.
