What is the difference between having an account Locked and an account Disabled.
Is there a limit to the number of contacts i can add per day and update?
If i make a mistake how easy is it to go back and fix it?

I don't believe there is a difference between being locked or disabled. I might be wrong. Anyone else know a difference?
If you are a new user, there is a limit to how many contacts you can add. Your limit will be based on how many rated contributions you've added. For a detailed description, select this link: http://community.data.com/t5/Ask-the-Experts/The-Rookie-Tier/m-p/303931/highlight/true#M7618
If you make a mistake editing a contact, simply search for the contact and edit it again. Be careful about making a change and then switching the change back (flip flopping). If this is performed often, then this activity will get you locked out (disabled).
