Hello, I have some trouble
I have the info for a person and also verified phone number and I tried to add contact for firstname.lastname@example.org
it let me proceed, I filled all the forms, got 5 points (not for creating but fo updating another profile that not even exist, idk why) and now if I try add it, I have message "Contact asked not to add him", but I still have my points, is it ok, and woun't I have troubles because of that?
It's ok if you take those 5 points from me, I'm not sure it's ok that I got em this way.

I'll take a stab at an explanation.
When a new contact is added to the database, they receive an automated email notification from Connect asking the contact to confirm their information and also offer the contact an opportunity to not be listed. In other words, their information will not be found in a search. The information is not deleted from the database, just hidden from view.
When you attempted to add the contact, you instead provided updated information since it already existed in the database (you earned 5 points). However, the contact remains hidden from view.

@SoleCoin, when a contact is added, there is a two week hold before it is added to the database for the process referenced by @Granbit to play out. In this particular case, 'the individual associated with this email address has requested that their contact information not be added', which is why it is hidden. However, every contact is hidden for two weeks after being added.
