My plan expires on the 16th and it just offers the automatic renewal. Is there a manual renewal as I'd like to renew today so I have the points for the next year without waiting until the 16th. There isn't a spot for a manual renewal and I need to purchase some lists. No one has gotten back to me so far.

The first, is to review the renewal process in your account, which can be done here:
The second, is to review the various ways you can reach out to support - at several levels:
Thirdly, you can do a search at the top right of this page, to see if your exact topic has been covered before - if it has (and most of the time it likely is) you will see that there is probably a solution that has already been worked out.
Finally, an via this note, you can reach out to the Community Manager - @ConnectRep who should be able to either help you directly, or get someone in account management to assist you in ensuring that you are taken care of to your satisfaction..

@AliveWager48 thanks for reaching out and thanks for the info @TelecomWiz! You can purchase a new plan before your current one expires by selecting a plan from https://connect.data.com/mysettings/premiumplans. If you purchase a new plan, the expiration date for those points will be one year from the date of purchase (not one year from the 16th).
