How do I get points refunded for incorrect info?

if you flag the phone number/email as incorrect, you will deactivate the contact and receive points back. If you are able to correct the record, you will receive even more points.
I purchased a contact which ended up having an incorrect email. I reported it as incorrect and I didn't receive a refund. How do i correct this?
@BasicSouth88, deactivating a contact automatically refunds +5 points. Did you check your point history and the action was refund was not awarded? https://connect.data.com/mysettings/pointhistory
