As I have been waiting all day for a 750+ bulk contact submission to get approved I reviewed my older bulk submissions. Why would I have never received any points for a prior submission of 990 Contacts which 216 were accepted as new contacts and had 4 updates? I think Connect owes me some points for this one. Here is a snapshot of the screen:
Make sense to anyone?

Points are normally given to new contacts added to the system, so the vetting process can take a while when adding in bulk. If by chance you feel like you are not being given all of your points I would suggest to reach out to Data.com connect support. They should be able to look at your account deeper.
Please keep in mind that if a contact is in the system already or is invaild information points will not be given for that.
Hope this helps a bit!

Thanks I put in a ticket to discuss with them this weekend, but have not heard back from anyone yet. Totally understand what you are saying and agree. On that screen shot it showed I submitted 990 Total Contacts of those 216 were considered new contacts and 4 were updates to existing accounts. The last column is points earned with is 0. So that is what does not make sense is that if had 216 new contacts then should have received the +5 per contact. I will let you know what Connect says once they get back to me. Still waiting since Friday to get awarded my points for the 750+ accounts just added. It was a very clean list and not a single one was in the database so interested to see the points off this submission. Need 95 more points for Rainmaker status!! Appreciate your input.

@FinalDeck8, if you see points awarded in the Bulk Update History page, they should have posted. Did you check your point history? https://connect.data.com/mysettings/pointhistory Also, points are not what gets you rainmaker status, its rated actions. There's a difference. A rated action is when you make an add or update and another person does not modify or deactivate it within 45 days. If someone purchases the contact those 45 days, its worth more. However points alone have no affect on achieving rainmaker status...
