Since I've done this thousands of times before with single contacts, it defaults to Austrailia and only gives me options in that area of the world in the drop down on available countries,Taiwan, etc. I'm in the US, is anyone else having this problem?

@LordofFliesThere is no solid answer, or solution for the issue you raise.
However, it is possibly browser/session related and thus will likely be solved by doing a complete log off - log on of Data.com (combined with with a cache clear out).
That usually solves similar issues that I have. As well, DDC, works best with Chrome and Mozilla, somewhat less well with others. In addition, various features such as spell - check work inconsistently along browsers.
Without knowing the details of the contacts you are trying to upload, it is hard to be more specific. One thing that does occur, but may not be the issue, is that the organization you are trying to load contacts for, my have most/all of their current contacts, or HQ (perhaps erroneously) based in Australia. This can sometime "lock" the address of the country...
Again sign out, clear cache, sign in may be a solution, along with trying another browser..
