With the new website, you are unable to view all contacts from the initial search page, which is annoyed and adds another step. Now you must click a contact and then after you have viewed your client, you can view all.

Thanks for posting here in The Corner! I'm hoping to get a better understanding of the issue you've encountered.
At first glance, it seems like you might be looking at the company results tab, rather than the contacts results tab. For example, if I were to search for Salesforce.com, my search results would initially show me just one result: Salesforce.com the company. However, if I changed the tab by clicking on "Contact Results" then I would see all the contacts at the company.
