I just used my card at Starbucks, however data says it can not process it. Everything (including this way to communicate) is so unnecesarilly complicated. There is always something with Data.

ayment card. Discover. This place could be truly delivering an excelent service, but with theitr esoteric credo is a colosal fiasco of gigantic proportions. Maybe there is not telephone service in the area they are located? Then, they should inplement a smoke signal hotline. They suck big time. Big time, compadre. This is two dahys later, and then they have a customer (you) address the issue. I see that you are a super duper contributor. Great! How much are they saving by having you work for free? They are BRILLIANT!

@FunnyEase18 this is not a support line. This forum is for users of the platform (salespeople) to trade best practices and socialize. There are some moderators that pop in from time to time, but there are no developers monitoring the forum. If you click the button on the side bar "submit a support case" someone will get in touch with you and address your issues. I don't know about payment, because I use the free version. Maybe they don't accept discover?. On this platform you earn points in two ways - purchasing them or by contributing data. I contribute enough data that I earn the points I need and have not had to put a credit card on file.
I appreciate the "super duper" but I don't usually wear a cape while I'm at work

Sorry to hear you are having trouble with entering your Credit Card in to the system.... it should not be giving you an issue. please reach out the the support team they should be able to help you with this https://www.data.com/connect/support
