Can someone advise how I can overcome the payment glitch to purchase points? The interface always goes blank after I complete the first page with billing information. I am in the US and have purchased before. If anyone has a phone number for a support contact at data.com, that would be greatly appreciated.

This problem came up earlier in the week and is already being addressed under a previous thread that is posted here:
Since @ConnectRep is already aware of the situation, I would expect a solution shortly and keep an eye on that previous thread for the latest news.

I can't pay either. I've called AMX and they say my credit card is fine. It must be a glitch on your end. How do you expect to sell your product if consumers can't pay for it??? Super annoying!
