We have been experiencing a high rate of "bounces" from the data we see on the platform, about a 30% at least.
Is this something you guys can update on your end? It is something that's affecting our business.

@TeamDominate That is a very good question, and it illustrates one of the foundations of the Data.com program.
You now have a database that you can update with all the "bounces" with either correct information, or de-activation of those contacts.
With that, you will receive a refund (in points) and be able to move on and purchase new contacts,
In doing this, you move forward, obtaining 100% value for the contacts you buy (either with money or points), and the community wins by having the database updated.
