Hey Ya'll, So I performed a search right now.
I have uploaded all contacts that my company has already called on in my bulk submission.
Now, I understand the concept that Data.com updates and add contacts that are either new or are now being updated with direct dials, etc.
But, a contact that was on my list that I've called before shows up in my search, SO my question is,
HOW DO I NOT RETRIEVE A CONTACT THAT I CURRENTLY ALREADY HAVE BUT WAS NOT UPDATED TO DATA.COM?
I hope this makes sense.

@LeftHeat49, to remove redundancy, many users upload a SUPPRESSION LIST. A suppression file omits the records you reference and tweak your list before purchasing contacts. There is no cost or limit to the number of suppression file searches you can make as a free member.
Suppression files contain the email addresses of the contacts you want to exclude from your Data.com Connect purchases or exports. To add a suppression list go to MY ACCOUNT (in the top right). Select SETTINGS, then scroll down to the List Suppression section. There, you'll see an area where you can upload your .CSV format suppression file. @LeftHeat49, upon further digging, I learned that suppression is currently only available to those who are on the Connect Plus (Unlimited) membership plan. Since you are on the free plan, you don't have this capability right now. However, if you added or purchased the contacts on Connect, the system will already know you own them, so no need to suppress. You'll never be charged for those. You cant get charged twice for contacts you already own.
