I am trying to add a new contact, who is not listed at all. When I enter her email address, it brings me to the Business Card for the president of our company...which does have his correct email listed, and stated that this contact is already in the database.
Is there a hidden email address somewhere that is hers. She was his Admin many years ago, so I can see how this could have happened...however, it does not show her email tied to him.

@jenij Unfortunately, many email addresses were "merged" years ago. It would also be confirmed/complicated by what you have pointed out about the person in question formerly being the admin for the company president.
You may want to contact support to assist with untangling the two emails.

I'm new to Data.com and I'm baffled. I have the person's business card right in front of me, typing it exactly as it appears, and I keep getting messages: address is not correct. Phone number is wrong. Etc. This has happened with quite a few people. I've only successfully added one contact.

@RoyalRule10, ordinarily all street addresses in the United States must match the USPS address database or it will not be accepted. If that doesnt resolve the issue, I suggest you reach out to support and open a support ticket as the Support Team does not view posts in this board as it is user to user only.
