I uploaded a CSV file with company name and URL, just like the template to find contacts from certain companies.  Out of the 75, it matched 0 which I find hard to believe.  I'd rather not have to do this manually.  Any ideas?

Before you give up, convert the .csv file to an excel file (xls, xlsx) and try searching in the excel version. .csv file is computer language and not excel language. I think this might fix your issue.
