I recently adding multiple contacts in an upload and a few days later Ireceived an email sayig that my 5 points were now available? Why did I only get credit for one contact upload when I did multiple? At $5 each time I want to find information, I'd rather enter them one at a time to get 5 points for each entry.

@GoodBrand42 ive experienced this myself many, many times. Every time Ive cried foul, the reason for not awarding of points by Connect was always valid and verifiable if you take the time to look individually at the contacts rejected. There are many reaons you may not get credit for contacts submitted in a bulk upload as outlined below. Likewise, the reasons below are also why bulk uploads get rejected and not processed or processed with little or no contact adds to the database. They are in no particular order as each is a reason alone why a contact was not accepted:
If you individually search for the contacts you tried to add unsuccessfully you will likely see that they were added to the database at an earlier date by another user -- or the company is not in the database yet -- or contained elements of any one of the items listed above. Likewise, if you do not find them in a search you can try adding them manually and if they opted out, you will not be able to do so.
I have found that if I have a 'good' list 20-30% of the contacts get accepted. However its not uncommon to have 0 accepted -- happens to me ALL THE TIME.

I just went in and looked at a few that I uploaded and the company is there but not the contacts. I did notice that the only contact accepted had a title on it. Could that be the issue? I just did another trial upload of about 70 contacts all with a title, country, email (not hotmail, gmail, yahoo, etc.) and full address and contact info. Hopefully that helps.

@GoodBrand42, contacts without a title will not be accepted. Name, Title & Email are the required minimum for acceptance.. Contacts added will not be visible for a two week opt-out period which enables those people to elect not to have their info listed in the database.
