I've tried several times to upload bulk contacts using your template (.csv). However, when I check the status it says error.
Can you please let me know why it's not working.

@MainStory73what is the error message? whenever Ive had the bulk upload get an error its because I didnt use the proper CSV format (even though I thought I did). Also, when the bulk upload list contains only a few direct dial numbers, it will get rejected. I've found sorting the phone field to the top or deleting the phone field enables the list to process.
If this problem continues, I suggest you contact support. They do not check Ask the Experts, which is just user to user. You can reach support directly at the link below.
