What's the process of adding contacts when you get a message like below when adding a single contact by email address:
Sorry, Connect doesn't allow this email domain. Please enter the contact's business address.

it looks like the system is treating the domain as a personal email address (like gmail) and doesn't believe you that this is a word address. If this is indeed a professional email address, I would recommend submitting a support ticket
