Whenever someone complements me who doesn't do sales I automatically say to them "You should do sales!"
I like to complement my clients on how happy they seem, or how nice they are, truthful things.
do you complement them on making the decision to buy from you? Talk to you? How often do you go this route?

After they've made the decision and I'm already ingrained, I like to find real examples for them of why they made the right decision and show them the issues they could have faced if we had not found each other
