What motivates you in your sales decisions i.e. who to sell to, what to sell, how to sell.
How do you find purpose in sales? Is there a purpose to your sales job besides making money?

I think we spoke about this last time I saw you. but honestly for me sales is really something that I have always gone back to. no matter where I go next sales tends to haunt me. It's in my blood that is my motivation the high that you get after closing a big deal the emotional rollercoaster of a ride. the ups and downs are all so worth it in the end when you accomplish closing that one impossible lead!
for me the money is good but its that feeling of solving someone elses pain by selling them something i believe in that gets me the satisfaction i need. not to mention that im competitive.

Money is definitely a motivator, but I don't think it can be your only reason to sell. In my field, a successful sale/implementation will improve and in many cases save human lives. When I meet with customers, I don't move forward if I don't genuinely believe that I have a solution for them that will improve their current situation.

Yes we spoke about it at connectcon but I also thought I mentioned it to you this year too at champions dinner lol. thanks for the compliment , I would love to be able to speak as highly about something I am passionate about like Tony Robbins

I was reading an article in the New York Post which talked about in the future when robots take over human jobs, the humans left without work may question their purpose in life as for many not having a job will cloud that judgement.
More reason to find purpose in your job now more than ever!
